GoKidGo Shuttle Policies

GoKidGo Shuttle LLC has implemented the following policies and procedures for the ultimate safety and protection of our passengers.

General Shuttle Rules

• All pickup and drop-off times and locations are pre-arranged
• Seat belts must be worn at all times vehicles are in motion
• Drivers will not leave vehicles unattended while children are on board
• Cell phone use is permitted unless it becomes disruptive or a driver distraction
• All passengers must obey the driver's instructions. There is zero tolerance for fighting, arguing and disruptive behavior
• GoKidGo Shuttle reserves the right to suspend or permanently cancel service due to inappropriate behavior
• Drivers cannot accept any itinerary changes. All changes must be made through the GoKidGo Shuttle office
• Passengers cannot alter their scheduled route. Only guardians can alter routes via the GoKidGo Shuttle office

All clients will receive the complete set of rules specified in the Service Agreement prior to service commencement.

Pickup Rules

• Passengers should be ready for departure 10 minutes prior to scheduled pickup time
• Drivers must stay with the vehicle and cannot announce their presence by ringing door bells or knocking on doors. Some neighborhoods forbid using vehicle horns
• Passengers must wait until the vehicle is completely stopped before approaching
• Although we attempt to arrive within 10 minutes of scheduled pickup, there may be circumstances beyond our control that cause delays in schedules. We will attempt to notify guardians of these circumstances
• To ensure that routes are timely for all, drivers are unable to wait at pick-up locations longer than five (5) minutes after scheduled time
• Guardians will be notified if passengers fail to board the shuttle during scheduled times and locations

Drop-off Rules

• The driver will watch passenger enter the pre-arranged location or transfer to authorized individual
• Guardian will receive electronic notification upon drop-off of passenger
• After passengers exit the shuttle, they must be at least 20 feet away before shuttle commences route
